Customer service was top-notch. These donuts are one of a kind and so decadent and amazing. They also have some old-fashion donuts as well. Very delicious very filling very affordable friendly staff good coffee. You can’t go wrong here.

Fun and modern bakery with tasty and unique donuts! The atmosphere was very fun with black and white walls that bring out all the color in the donuts. This bakery is a little smaller then thought but the line moves very fast and orders get pumped out with accuracy. I loved the QR codes around the bakery that bring the wall art to life through AR. The service was good overall, very friendly, didn't make you feel rushed, and made sure to give the best experience. We dis notice some donuts on the back counter and asked for those but we called them Eclair bars but they were Old Fashioned Chocolate. We did confuse the gentleman but we all had a laugh about it. The donuts were very good and not too much in every category. The Homer is my personal go to see how the bakery upholds, it did not disappoint! Great raise, not chewy or greasy dough which made it perfect for a bugger donut. The frosting was amazing, not to sugary with great strawberry flavor; the other donuts were just as delicious! Overall, very fun, innovative, service focused, and delicious donut shop in the San Diego area. If you are there for SDCC or visiting and love donuts definitely put this on your list!

The two staff members working there were so friendly and helpful, and they were very patient while helping us choose the donuts we liked. I tried the French toast donut, which was made to order, and it was one of the most delicious things I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend. They have free water, plus indoor and outdoor seating. The donut shop also had so many cute things for sale, like Baby Yoda, Lilo & Stitch, and capybaras. Everything was adorable. The donuts are really big portions and such a great value. I also liked how they packed the French toast donut with utensils, and all the condiments fit perfectly in the box. Everything is really well thought out here. I really love this donut shop. Definitely worth a visit in San Diego.

Donut Bar in San Diego absolutely lived up to the hype—everything I heard about it was true. The donuts were amazing, fresh, and genuinely exceptional. I tried the Simpsons donut, a cinnamon roll, and the crème brûlée donut, and every single one hit. The crème brûlée had a perfect crunchy top that made it stand out, the cinnamon roll was rich and decadent, and the Simpsons donut honestly made me feel like Homer in the best way. The lady behind the counter was also very helpful and friendly, which made the experience even better. Overall, everything was top-tier. I’d definitely go back.

Talk about elevating a donut into an experience. I stopped by Donut Bar and Bakery and grabbed some donuts to go. This cute donut shop in downtown San Diego had a wide assortment of unique and freshly pastry items. I wanted to try two items, those being the crème brûlée and the Nutella filled. Both were delicious and enjoyed! The crème brûlée had a caramelized sugar crust on top and a vanilla custard inside. The contrasting sugar and vanilla flavors were a perfect match, and the contrasting textures of the hard crunchy sugar top and the vanilla custard were an amazing pairing as well. The Nutella filled was a personal choice as I enjoy the nutty chocolatey flavor of Nutella on its own. Put inside of a donut and topped with some powdered sugar made for another amazing donut. Im so glad I stopped by during my visit to San Diego! The staff were also super nice, polite, and positive!
